410 Acres, Blanco County
This ranch began as a cedar-choked, dry property and was reshaped into a highly usable recreational, hunting, and working cattle ranch. Using materials entirely from the land, we built substantial lakes, cleared pastures, restored historic structures, and created an airstrip and shooting range. Today, it supports both a wagyu beef herd and a managed whitetail population, blending family recreation with agricultural and wildlife value.
