150 Acres, Blanco County

This customer originally came to us for a smaller-scale road project. However, when we proved water features could be created where others said it wasn’t possible, the property was dramatically transformed. By enhancing a natural grotto and using only materials sourced from the land, we built a recreational tank, a stone-and-cement dam with waterfalls, and private gathering areas that created some of the ranch’s most scenic spots.

  • Roads & Access: ~1 mile of roads

  • Water Features: Recreational tank (100% on-site materials), enhanced grotto, stone/cement drive-across dam with small waterfall

  • Recreation: Scenic gathering areas, sunken meadows, waterfall features

  • Materials: Sourced from property
