600 Acres, Blanco County

This rugged, steep ranch was transformed into a showcase property of water, views, and meadows. With 7 miles of roads across challenging grades, a 5-acre lake, and a system of ponds and waterfalls, we sought to reveal its natural beauty. Historic windmills were restored, and 200 acres of high ground were French-drained to keep the new lake supplied.
